Our story

Mixed Movement Fitness began with a passion for transforming lives through innovative fitness solutions. Founded by Harihara Palani, our journey started over two decades ago with a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves access to world-class fitness training and rehabilitation.

Our founder's relentless pursuit of excellence led him across the globe, accumulating certifications from the world's most prestigious fitness institutions. From becoming the first to introduce Aqua Aerobics in South India to bringing German EMS technology to Bengaluru, we've consistently pioneered new approaches to fitness and wellness.

What sets our story apart is our commitment to continuous evolution. While many focus solely on traditional training methods, we've invested in groundbreaking technologies like EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training, making us one of the few facilities in India offering this advanced training method.
